Never stop praying (1 Thessalonians 5:16)

This verse has taken on new meaning for me because I am reminded that this prayer group extends around the world with 88 people praying for this ministry in many different time zones.

Your support means more to me than I can adequately express. Because you are constantly praying for this ministry I am pleased to take this opportunity to pray for you.

"Dear Lord, I pray for each member of the prayer team you have assembled to pray for Foundations 4 Living. You know each one by name. You know the number of hairs on their heads. You know joys they have in their lives. You know the struggles some of them are experiencing. You know the passion they have for people everywhere to be fully devoted disciples of you.

I pray where there are physical needs you will heal them. I pray where there is conflict you will bring peace and reconciliation. I pray for those who have suffered loss of loved ones that you will bring comfort. I pray for those who have family members who do not know the way of salvation. I pray you will answer every prayer that has been offered for a friend or family member who does not know you.

Lord Jesus, as we enter this new season of ministry I pray none of them will grow weary in praying. I pray you will continually encourage them with answers to their prayers for disciples and disciple-makers around the world.

And finally Lord, I pray you will bless each praying partner with your Holy presence in their daily lives so that they may know, even more fully, the joy of living for you and serving you in the days ahead, in greater measure, than they have in the past.

Amen."

It is a highlight of my week to connect with you through this Intercessor Weekly. As I write each week my heart is filled with gratitude for you and your faithfulness in prayer on our behalf. Together we are impacting lives for the Kingdom of God.
